How do I qualify for the Early Bird discount?
Early Bird pricing is automatically applied when you book and pay for your course 30 or more days before the course start date. The discount is applied at checkout - no special codes required.
How do I verify my eligibility for special discount rates?
When booking with a special discount (healthcare professional, education sector, not-for-profit, or concession) , you'll be asked to provide relevant identification or documentation. This can be uploaded during the booking process or emailed to us after booking. Verification must be completed before course commencement.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Full refund available up to 14 days before course commencement
- 50% refund available 7-14 days before course commencement
- No refunds within 7 days of course commencement
- One free reschedule permitted up to 7 days before course commencement
